गंदी कृषि जैसे शौचालयों के सड़े गंदे पानी से सिंचाई वाली कृषि। गंदी कृषि पर नियंत्रण करने के लिए कृषि विभाग में कृषि स्वास्थ्य व स्वच्छता अधिकारी नियुक्त करे जाए ।

भोजन भोजन और पानी से सम्बंधित गंदगी - गंदे बर्तन, खराब भोजन, गंदे हाथ, गंदे कपड़े, भोजन व पानी परोसने वाले व्यक्ति गंद हाथों से परोसते हैं। रद्दी के गंदे अखबारों पर बड़े पकौड़े रख कर देते हैं। झूठे बर्तन साफ करने वाले व्यक्तियों को भोजन परोसने के कार्य में लगाया जाता है । मैस, होटल, ढाबों के लिए भोजन स्वच्छता अधिकारी नियुक्त करे जाए। प्याऊ की निगरानी आवश्यक है। ढ़केल, रहड़ी पर चाट पकौड़ी के धन्धे का स्वच्छता निरीक्षण आवश्यक है। खाद्य सामग्री परोसने के लिए रद्दी के अखबारों के उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए।

सम्माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मै बचपन से जिज्ञासु रहा हूं विज्ञान विषय में रुचि रखता हूं अब एक प्राइवेट स्कूल टीचर हूं। बचपन में प्रयोग करने का शौक था पर आवश्यक उपकरण न थे । मै चाहता हूं कि इस बार मन की बात में आप छात्रों को एक सौगात दे कि भारत की प्रत्येक तहसील स्तर पर एक केन्द्र सरकार के नियंत्रण की एक प्रयोगशाला ( लैव ) हो और उसका प्रभारी एक योग्य वैज्ञानिक हो। जिसमें सभी प्रकार के आवश्यक उपकरण हो जिनकी मदद से हाईस्कूल स्तर से लेकर स्नातकोत्तर स्तर तक के छात्र अपने प्रयोग कर सभी क्षेत्रों में अविष्कार कर सकें ।क्योंकि ऐ आप भी मानते होंगे कि व्यक्ति की योग्यता शिर्फ डिग्रियों से नहीं नापी जा सकती कभी कभी परिस्थितियां व्यक्ति को सही जगह नहीं पहुंचने देतीं। मुझे विश्वास है इस कदम से देश में वैज्ञानिकों की भीड़ लग जाएगी और अविष्कारों की होड़़। आशा है आपका यह निर्णय देश के सभी छात्रों को पसंद आएगा।
