देश ke गाव है 6 लाख 40 हजार गाव है ग्रामपंचायत2 लाख60 हजार है 50 टक्का लोकसंख्या गाव मे रहती है किसान 50 टक्के जनसंख्या मे 80 टक्के लोग है किसान पर चर्चा सत्र हर महीना मे हो कृषि उत्पादन जहा गावो मे जो उत्पादीत होता है उसके पास मे कृषि उत्पादन प्रक्रिया उद्योग सुरु हो गाव के किसान को खरिप हंगाम सुरू होते है तब बियाणे खरीद खा द खरी द मजुरी देने के लिये आर्थिक मदत दे हेक्टरी 15 हजार रुपये रब्बी हंगाम मे जो किसानी उत्पादन की बियाणे खाद मजुरी के लिये आर्थिक मदत दे Pm किसान योजना मे आर्थिक निधि 12 हजार वार्षिक करे ग्रामपंचायत मे आर्थीक निधी उपलब्ध कराई जाये देश के गावो के हर परिवार कुटुंब की जाणकरी जमा करे ऑनलाईन मे जो कुटुंब bpl हैं उनकी जाच करके उनको आर्थिक मदत करे रोजगार हमी योजना से किसान को योजना दे ग्रामपंचायत मे हर कुटुंब को सरकार मदत करे इसलीये योजना सुरू करे

देश मे पुराणे जो भी प्रकल्प शांशन है उनको एप्रिल2024 तक सभी को 100 टक्का पुरा करणा चाहीये उसके बाद ही नये काम प्रकल्प को मंजूरी देणी चाहीये सालो साल लग जाते है रस्ते बनाने के लिये उनकी किंमत बढ जाती है लेकीन काम नहीं होते पुरे सभी पेंडिंग काम पुरे करके हि नये काम सुरुवात करणी चाहीये हर महामार्ग प्रकल्प की जाणकरी के लिये task force वॉर रुम तयार करके हर 7 दिन मे काम की कितनी प्रोग्रेस हू ई उसकी जाणकरी लेणी चाहीये 31 मार्च 2023 तक ही रास्ते के काम को मंजूरी देकर उसके बाद नये काम को 1 साल के लिये शांशन नहीं देकर पुराणे जो भी 20 साल 10 साल 5 साल से पुराणे work in progress काम है उनको 100 टक्का पुरा करणे के लिये निधि देकर वह काम पुरे करणे चाहीये अगले1 साल मे एप्रिल2024 तक एप्रिल2024 तक time bond काम rod के होणे चाहीये देश के हर राज्य मे इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर काम प्लान करके रोड तयार होणे चाहीये सभी काम time पर पुरे हो इस्के लिये जोर दे सरकार Time bond पर विकास काम पुरा हो

dear sir, I would like to suggest that please make sure that development decentralize to rural India and also now each and every one can do their jobs from anywhere in the country or world so that if everyone who can do their jobs from their own village there will be development in rural India and from govt side to you can initiate the same thing that make people return from cities and towns to villages rural India will change like anything there will be lot of business and job opportunities rural people and also posting of govt officials and PSU employees near to their villages will also make people live in villages and there will be decrease in the pollution levels and also it will improve the relations between families and respect towards their parents and grand parents I am unable to explain it properly if it would in Telugu I would express perfectly it can be done by you the govt of India so I request you to consider my request and to do the things for rural India
