Respected Prime minister I SATYAM Feels that there is a need in all the government school and universities that there should be compulsory for student to work for environment for at least 15 to 30 minutes ,because I belong to an agricultural area and feels an idea like for example in every school and university there are many trees more the no. of trees more waste of leaves and I feel that this waste should be utilised in eco friendly way so I fell (earth worms ) farming should be done in school and universities spare areas where trees leaves are to be used to make manures except for burning . It will increase friendlyness between students and nature . your truly SATYAM

Concern: Min of Law/Home Ministry Sub. make NARCO test mandatory for all life imprisonment /hang till death cases 1. Punishment is given so that one learns lesson & not repeat. But the lesson learned by a weak old 70+ man sentenced to life prison is useless since he will never be out of jail to test that lesson learnt 2. Clever culprits fabricate evidences & escape punishment, but few saintly people get jailed due to false evidences. Narco test may be done for all 70+ prisoners & the judges may review the old judgement to verify the charges on convict 3. Prisoners over 70, who have supporting Narco test & good jail conduct for 5+ years may be set free on mercy grounds to live normal life under few govt guidelines. It will reduce the jail load as pointed by Hon'ble President on this constitution day 4.'Kshama baran ko chahiye chhotan ko apradh'(Great is one who Forgives). It will great if Policy Makers make laws to forgive the last 20-25 yrs(Sanyas Ashram) of life of aged prisoners

The portion of govt.subsidy in pmegp loan cases disbursed by the bank is pending in cases for more than a year with the pmegp Deptt. for the unknown reason, resilting in loss of interest to the borrower. also ln some cases where three years stands completed subsidy is not released again unknown reason of geotaging of unit. This makes the borrower harrased & fooled because the main objective of helping for setting of successful unit is discouraged.Kindy look into the matter, the money moongers in These Govt.Deptt.working to release subsidy & geo taging deptt.is working according to there ease is hampering successfull implementation .Several requests forwarded by banks to release govt.subsidy is delayed .kindly look into

Concern: Min of Law/Home Ministry Sub. Abolishing 'sashram kaaravas' for weak old prisoners over 70 years age 1. After the age of 70, the body power declines rapidly. 'Bachcha boodha ek saman' (an 'old' person is like a 'child'). So, when we speak of abolishing 'child labour', will it not be be good to consider abolishing 'old labour' too. 2. Hard Physical work is not expected from an old person even if he is a prisoner.'sashram kaaravas' may be abolished for prisoners over 70 year age. This will be in tune with the human concern expressed for prisoners in jails by our Hon'ble President in the speech given on the recent constitution day. 3. The life bearing expenses of old prisoners may be procured from his family members who visit him in jail to meet. If the family members are not willing, let a list of old weak prisoners be displayed on website, so that any citizen (other than family) may adopt and pay for his expenses.

Concern : Min of Law/Home Ministry Sub. Court procedure reform for fast settlement of bail (Jamaanat) applications 1.If a prisoner requests for bail through his one/more advocates but the advocate keeps prolonging, taking dates after dates for petty reasons, delaying for months & years. Then this may mean that this advocate is not concerned for his client prisoner 3. Who suffers? (a) That helpless prisoner, who depends upon law to come out (b) The court authorities, who are blamed for delaying court procedures (c) The larger honest advocate community, whose profession gets blamed because of one advocate who delays the proceedings by taking dates after dates 2. Court Procedures may be reformed to (a) settle bail request in time limit (b) give bail to prisoner whose requests is pending for more than a year on the basis of 'self guarantee of the prisoner' without any advocate 3. This may be in tune with Hon'ble president's concern shown for helpless prisoners on constitution day
