Sir All public employees are asked to submit Annual Performance Report and will be paid salary, pension and arrears depending on the process. Why not this APR for our Elected Representatives who also need to perform and what they do could be asked by the citizen. The ERPs are also paid out of the citizens contribution via taxes and fees and moreover with a hope of high level work from them by which the citizen can live without worries. The APRs are the contribution of the Representatives in Welfare of the Nation, State, District, Taluk and village. Hence on this issue please highlight during this edition

PM sir, please make arrangements for road safety and road encroachments, as lot of people die due to road rage and accidents, 90% people violates traffic rules,so it is the time to start implementation of traffic rules strictly to penalize the offenders.Traffic rule violators should not be speared under any official or political pressure either on streets, roads or on highways. This rule implementation will also helps to nab the criminals, results decrease in crime rate and accidents. But injustice, unnecessary harassment and forcibly bribe by the implementing authority n police should not take place.
