sir in banking industry there is a great problem of n p a. the officers are find themselves helpless in many cases to recover debts.because the loanee sometimes are powerful or apolitician.To solve this problem in my opinion some restrictions may be imposed upon them.Like cibil/crif report should be asked for any election.for the candidate and it's family.They should not be a wilful defaulter.As they are not having interest for the institutions as well as for the public/nation. thank you.

ALARMING INSTANCES OF RUNNING CARS CATCHING FIRE. MAKE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS MANDATORY IN EVERY VEHICLE Horror creating reports of running cars catching fire and travellers burnt alive to death are seen often these days. There are no proper safety devices incorporated in the vehicle to face such emergent situations. The onlookers or the passing vehicles are helpless to give any immediate help to save the victims out of the burning vehicle in the absence of suitable rescue materials readily in their hands. Matter of few seconds ... everything ends up in a tragedy. This fear of potential threat lingers over the mind of every travelling passenger in a car. A SIMPLE SUGGESTION Make it mandatory to have a portable small fire extinguisher in every vehicle. Incorporate an emergency door opening system in every vehicle. Keep a mini rescue kit easily accessible to the driver. This is not exhaustive - possible better arrangements could be found out.
