Reply received from PM's office and matter referred to Rajesh Sachdeva Manjrekar, SJSA Mantralaya Mumbai on 14/12/2022, and it's mentioned It's under process. Why the matter referred not proceeded further. I need clarification on that

Jai Hind, My name is Raja Waseem Nazir S/o:- Nazir Ahmad Lone , a Government Teacher, from Jammu and Kashmir, Dist :- Anantnag, Teh :- Sallar, zone:- Srigufwara I have created a model a new invention after seeing the plight of apple harvesters and farmers. Whenever there used to be hailstorm the crop was completely destroyed. I kept on thinking what can i do to help myself and other people. An idea struck my mind about creating something which will protect the crops whenever there is a hailstorm. The model is basically a small scale demonstration. It works mechanically and sensors are fitted which detect hail and deploy out a net that protects the crop from the devastating effects of hail.this could be a revolutionary technology . Wants to share this with the respected PM

Sir, Make taking carrier guide mandatory after 10th or 12th. So they know their ability. Until it was only for rich guys. Make a group of high qualified people from different backgrounds. Connect them on a website and make a list to choose and talk by student and rate them. And teacher will talk to student and Annalise student, then will tell what is the possible way to achieve success. You can appeal people to connect with new generation and guide them. The rate system is not for his value but for student convenience, so they can feel that they are selecting best, and his advice will be good. Time duration should be minimum 30 mints to 45 mints. Thanks

Eligible Students - but, lagging We have many Schemes, Scholarships and Educational Loans to promote education to our children.  There are many talented students who may not be able to perform well or score higher marks due to various personal / household reasons. Hence, they, may not be eligible to apply for Scholarships or higher educations based on their marks / grades in the examination. At the same time, they may be financially backward and interested for higher studies. Opportunities have to be provided to such students, by : • A separate test to assess their skills and eligibility, for the consideration of their next level/s. • A Plan with relaxation on repayments, with a flexible Moratorium Period, ‘at the option of the students’. • The ‘Flexible Moratorium Period’ : - Can be increased - with an additional charge, - Can be decreased - with a concession. With such an initiative, more eligible students can come up with their dreams. Kunju C. Nair

HONOURABLE PM, I see a lot of water wastage and negligence of people towards the house side/roadside fitted municipal taps or water connections to them in rural areas, tried a lot to educate them, sometimes complaints and other times showing real-time numbers of UNESCO's report and global and national water reports, climate change caused by it. How to contain such kinds of issues, before they turn into a huge catastrophe for entire mankind, as we know the severity of any situation until we see its final stage which is caused due to our negligent behaviour and also bribery issues( in govt depts, in a dynamic way, changing accordingly with time). Recently i visited Sub-registrar office to find Rs.10 Revenue Stamp paper(to apply for EWS),the office boy denied to give and in return told me to buy it from outside, i told him about the outside business of selling it at double rate. he said it was common and obvious. Why my father'sgeneration given us this
