मोदी जी आपके नेतृत्व में देश उन्नति के पथ पर निरंतर अग्रसर है, जिसके लिए आपकी जितनी सराहना की जाए कम है। जनसंख्या आधिक्य होने पर भी जिस प्रकार देश में विकास हो रहा है इसके लिए आप प्रशंसा और बधाई के पात्र हैं। श्रीमान जी हिमाचल से संबंधित होने के कारण मैं हिमाचल के परिपेक्ष्य में ही बात करना चाहूंगी। पर्वतीय क्षेत्र के बहुत से प्राइमरी स्कूलों में मात्र एक अध्यापक है जो सभी (पहली से पांचवीं) कक्षाओं को पढ़ाता है। हम कल्पना कर सकते है ऐसे में प्राइमरी शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता कैसी होगी। हमारी सरकार को इस विषय पर ध्यान देते हुए अध्यापकों की नियुक्ति हेतु कदम उठाने की आवश्यकता है।
