Respected Sir
This happened to us twice. That too in Bangalore. My husband and I went to Bangalore and took an Ola cab to reach our son's house. The cab was an old one, so the journey was never smooth. It generally takes one and half hours due to the traffic jam. To add to our misery, the cab driver started talking loudly with his colleagues, then with his wife and then with his mother. It was a continuous process. We didn't know what to do. I asked him to lower his voice, but he didn't bother to do that. I was a bit scared as I thought if I pestered him, he might leave us midway. The same thing happened this time when my daughter in law and I took our ailing grand son to a doctor's clinic. This time it was a Uber cab. And the driver went on speaking over the phone to a few people, loudly. I didn't know how to react. Then I started talking to my daughter in law in a loud voice. But he wasn't perturbed at all. We ask our students not to talk while riding a bike. And these drivers go scotfree.
