Respected PM sir A compulsory pollution certificate is the norm now. But with the rise in new vehicles with Bharath 4 norms this is actually superfluous. Kindly make this certificate mandatory only for vehicles that don't have Bharath 3&4 engines as their emissions are far less comparatively. Also all public transport vehicles ply with no regard to pollution norms spewing tons of smoke and soot on their way.
