Central Governement needs to put an end to the menace of chit funds. The stock market is going to stagnate at some point and there billions of pseudo/dummy investments in illegal chitfunds that are just paralyzing and dismembering legal investment channels. By brute force or by conditioning people all these dummy/resting/sleeping investments should be activated, diverted into legal investment pipelines that initiate high productive real economic activity.
