Remove post office or merge with all others and make tie ups with banks and other e-commerce websites or other transport organizations or railways airports ships etc 4. Resize railways and outsource and re orient staff for new railway lines development or infra projects or new manufacturing zones or new fast and comfortable trains stations and new fully electrified and net zero railways 5. outsource all group C&D pots or state govt Group 2,3 &4 jobs or Psu's staff both state and central any other non core jobs and it will create 10 crore jobs in India at a time 6. More job creation establishment
