Poojya Hon PM Shri Modiji Vande Mataram I am Dr Oswal from Pune. Lacks of College students of 11th, 12 standard have problems about transportation to go to colleges. In bigger cities the distance from home to college or educational classes or sport grounds is very long. Time is very important for students. Public transportation is not easy. In this situation many students of age group 16 and 17 are willing to use or using low power E scooters. But they get licence from RTO after age 18. The E low power scooters with speed limit will minimise air pollution and will save time. Students should follow Law and regulations. I will request RTO to clearly publish guidelines and regulations and publish it in Schools, Colleges and Media. Schools or colleges should also strictly follow these regulations.
