I want to be candid with Hon’ble P.M of India,since I had and have many hopes from his kitty being quite impressive and has been able to bring sea change in our system and I want to notice his self that side wise limitations are surging as well under his control.I am of view that officers in higher hierarchy are not doing their jobs with sincerity and vendetta is on fore front to be seen.There is massive corruption in transfer policy of Govt with no schedule or calendar. Govt policy should be to give equitable chance to each employee to work for country and each be asked to work in hard areas irrespective of any excuse and those pretending in any stance should be restricted from enhancement in increments.Further Our system traps lower employees,whereas stakeholders are more involved and are seldom trapped. one weakness is that there is selective trapping and big fish is going scot free.No action is taken by officers deliberately in case of defaulters.Thus pseudo system.
