1. lastly allow flexibility by removing age requirements. If I want to change to computer science from electrical engineering then I should be able to earn the degree as long as I have the merits or experience for it. this will have the greatest impact on employment and new business generation. Concept of not returning to education or being locked in a field is impractical and counterproductive to the economy

1. skill development should begin at the primary education level, after school activities such team building, project management, leadership along with sports are necessary as well as exposure to industries at a young age 2. personally, technology is a key driver for any industry and thus web/software development should be introduced at a young age especially when a young mind is plastic and creative at the same time 3. make the aforementioned mandatory for graduation

Only way to have success at international level is to have early identification of the talent. This also includes in sports. Have a computerized way to identify, train/coach, monitor the progress and success. Provide best facility and maximum expertise with scientific methods Ensure there is no room for corruption or favoritism.

The policy of just churning out workers must be stopped. Identifying the students natural ability, creating suitable curriculum to develop those skills has to be defined. The curriculum should also help students Physically, mentally, socially, spiritually. At the moment the education is age dependent( all students of same age learning same topic). We should define topics to learn in a subject and then allow each student to learn as much and as fast as per their capability.

There should be a knowledge centre which will be tasked with obtaining, developing and distributing latest and state of the art knowledge/technology to teachers, students, industry and experts. This will be done by means of practicals over a day, weekend, short course, weekly courses etc. The experts will be identified from academics and industry. For this I suggest a community portal for each industry which will actively involve all concerned participants and the events. Must be monitored.

Every course above school level must include industrial training. Industry and students must be briefed and trained to ensure 100% participation and 100%^ success. The industry should be paid by college for this. Participating company should be acknowledged and motivated.
