आई.टी.आई. और पोलिटेक्निक संस्थानों में जो कोर्स करवाए जाते हैं उन्हें करने के बाद 95% युवाओं को रोजगार हेतु बढ़े शहरों में पलायन करना पढ़ता है, इन संस्थानों में क्षेत्रीय भोगोलिक परिस्थति, उत्पादन, और उद्योग को मद्देनजर कोर्स (पाठ्यक्रम) चलाये जाएँ जिससे युवा अपना कोर्स पूरा करने के उपरांत स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार शुरू कर सके या रोजगार प्राप्त कर सके तभी पलायन रुकेगा और इन संस्थानों की उपयोगिता का लाभ भारत के लोग ले सकेंगे...

ITIs of Jharkhand viz.ITI Hazaribagh,ITI Dhanbad,ITI Ranchi etc.are already functioning in implementation of Skill development activities.But the pace of implementation is very slow.requires some fast track method for registration and other related activities.requires to be included some more employment oriented courses.

Complete revamping of ITI and poltechnic scheme is needed. Every semester should have a mini project and seminar. Industry professonals should take at least one lecture for each subject. I should be mandatory for industries for internship training to students in each semester. Some of the outdated theoretical subjects should be removed. Industries should be encouraged to set up centres of excellence in colleges.

Given a Chance I want to give the Best Basic Training & update to current status.

Wanting to start a full fledged ITI in Chennai for 5 trades Automobile repairing, House & Industrial Wiring, Masonry Works, & Plumbing.

In the curriculum of the I.T.I trained /passed lacks the business management terminology,I propose that the pass outs should be inclined with the certificate ,diploma or degree programme of either IGNOU or otherwise,if it happed they can morally support industry and business independently.

We should start course like P.Tech in Russia so that to increase employability

I am as a Group Instructor in Govt. ITI, Gondia, Mah., by promoted from the post Craft Instructor in Welder Trade.I was Instructor for 16 Y., By my experience when the boys admitted to us, there academic qualification standards are very poor. they cant write and read properly. There condition in Maths is very poor, even they can't do Sum/Subtraction/ Division. Max student don't recite even the table of 7,9,.Secondly there ENG lang. is very poor. and DGET papers set with ENG & HIN.soit is Difcul
