Ecotourism is very useful source of income for local people without disturbing the environmental or ecological set up. In addition to natural sites, huge abandoned mines can be converted into beautiful ecotourism sites having local species. Ecotourism designs should be region-area-specific and should not copy-paste-guidelines. Rather, local amateur nature-lovers or life-science speicalist will be more helpful in developing ecotourism than seasoned project consultants.

India is unique in the richness & diversity of its vegetation & wildlife. But still we lack to attract foreign tourism. Clean tourism attracts foreigners & gives much revenue. USA has more then 35k no. of national parks & museums (more then no. of subway,Mcdonald outlets) where India has 96 national parks & around 500 wildlife sanctuaries. Rapes are also a factor for loosing foreign tourism. A report on how North America promotes sustainable tourism in its natural regions. ISAS report on rapes.

There should be a huge adventure park where only 50 people at a time may be granted allowance. Only 50 lucky people would be allowed from the people trying to secure entrance. The park should actually be created specially for people loving to solve mysteries. The park should have a entrance which would be closed after the 50 enter the park and they have to cross the rivers, live in the park for maximum 4 days in tents made by the 50 themselves and reach the exit to go out of the park.

I appropriate the policy of fine impose who will make dirty of ours cities my humble suggestion/task is, if Govt appoint volunteers to collect the fine from culprits and pay to them some percentage between 10 to 20% so it could be insure the cleaning of our public places, and it also generate employment without employ our police forces.
