The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, ...
The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, weather and agriculture, etc. to rural community. NOFN project will provide fibre connectivity to all the 2, 50,000 Gram Panhayats (GPs) in the country.
This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) Project initiated by USO Fund of Department of Telecommunications.
The last date of submission is 1st January, 2015.
The winning entries will be awarded cash prize of:
1. First Prize - Rs. 51,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)
2. Second prize - Rs. 31,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)

Brand Name : e-village.Tagline : Iraada hai har gaon jodne ka. Logo Size : 7.5 x 7.5 cm. The 'A' letter in Village resembles to broadband signal, which reveals more about the idea of connecting 2.50 lac villages through broadband. The logo is simple depicting an optic fibre cable bearing three fibres in Saffron, Blue and Green colour which further explains that the project will be implemented on national level.

The logo shows various parts of india is enlightened by knowledge when optical fibre interconnects them and facilitates sharing of knowledge and information.
