The goal of Swachh Bharat is to provide access for every person to:-
Sanitation facilities including Toilets, Solid and Liquid Waste Disposal Systems, and clean surroundings.

We have to achieve this by 2019 as a befitting tribute to Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th Birth Anniversary.

Under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA), the Goal is now to make India Open Defecation Free (ODF) India by 2019 by construction of individual, cluster & community toilets; and villages will be kept clean, including through solid and liquid waste management through Gram Panchayats. The Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Govt. of India seeks entries for design a Logo for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.  The last date of submission is 19th September, 2014.  The winning entry will be awarded a  cash prize of Rs.50,000/-.

My another humble submission for the initiative. Look it depicts a Common Happy Indian individual whether rich, poor, metropolitan or villager male or female etc. a water drop of purity. It also represents the water and sanitation as there is a commode shape. with a slong 'Kyonki Saaf Achha lagta Hai. Green Neem leafs are protecting from unhygienic Air, Water, land. So the idea is so simple. Hope all like this

This option is a more free-flowing design and uses an abstract depiction of Gandhiji who, on many occasions, stressed the importance of keeping our country clean. The two leaves on top of the extended line of the ‘h’, (which also becomes his walking stick) emphasises this message.
