We can use moodle as the platform rebuilding any new thing for this is not recommended. We should enhance the power of Open Source and start building the system over Moodle and may be enhance the same by developing plugins/modules this will give us our E Learning Platform and also would enhance the Community built Open Source Software in turn this would be serving the mankind and not only India

In order to implement the proper resources of IT must be available to rural and urban india. The encourage must be given to learn theortical part of skill learning thru online

The unemployed people at the moment they lag in their skills as a Electronics graduate i can contribute to develop graduates skills right from their basics in electronics practically. And also i can teach them to use AutoCAD. This would surely help people to get confident in electronics and design their own prototypes with innovative ideas. Basics is really a mandatory one in every field.

We own a company called Skillsets career pvt. Ltd., where the e-learning portal is under construction and will be available soon. It will cost a nominal price. But i can guarantee that it would be very helpful for students from remote areas.

I think there are many sites available to get quality education for e-skills. i.e http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/ geeksforgeeks.org LeetCode Codecademy CodeCheif TopCoder etc... People who wants to learn they will learn it on their own way (Bas "Niyat" honi chahiye)

1)we can use our iits e-lernig portel by incresing its capacity and associating iits to this task(2 before devloping new resources first we need to maximum untilize our cureent resourse and improving it with partnership of students,teachers and industries.3)by joinig every institute across the country to this eskill-portal and empowering knowledge of student throug skill-devlopment from sssc or hsc level so when they are pursing graduation they can lern and contribute in e-erning program........
