I propose to work on this not as an individual, but as an institution. State Institute of Panchayats & Rural Development, West Bengal may take the responsibility of developing e-learning materials on rural development for the elected panchayat functionaries. The basic material will be developed in English which can be translated in regional language. A three-month time frame is what will be required to accomplish the task. The product may include self-learning materials and presentations.

To prepare documents/training guides pertaining to Global Navigation Satellite System and its applications. I can prepare and post the documents in English and Marathi. But I need volunteers who can translate them in local languages so that they can be shared with a wider audience.
