All citizens and stakeholders of Tirupati City are invited to participate in the essay writing competition on the Theme of Mera Sapno ka Shahar i.e. “Tirupati Nagaram – Naa Kalala Tirupati”.
Municipal Corporation Tirupati will use the inputs from the winning entries to develop the Vision and Sub-goals for the City Plan and preliminary idea of Smart Solutions and Area Based Developments. Essay can be written in English or Telugu.
Topic
The citizens are requested to present the essay on below topic
• Issues/needs of the city, possible solutions for these issues and priorities
Word Limit: Essay should be approximately 1000 words.

2. On Postal - Commissioner, Tirupati Municipal Corporation, Tirupati. Please mention on top of the cover as “SMART TIRUPATI – ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION”.
Terms and Conditions
1. Essay should cover the topic mentioned above and weightage shall be given to Creative, Innovative and Positive.
2. The Name of the Participant, Address, Category, Occupation, Age and Contact No., must be mentioned clearly on the top of the Essay.
3. Municipal Corporation Tirupati will evaluate the entries in each category and the TOP THREE ESSAYS will be awarded.
The Competition will close on 15th November, 2015.

if u want to develop tirupati as a smart city one of the important thing is continuous water supply. provide connectivity to all the people through roads, railways & Air ways. Provide parks to the old people. provide greenary in the city to have a peaceful air in the city.

Tirupati a big city and so many pilgrims are coming for darshan lard venkateswara, so 24 water supply is must important for all pilgrims and residents of Tirupati.

1) Flyover from Poornakumbham Circle to Alipiri
2) A ring road from Kapilatheertham to Kadapa Road at foot of the hill and also need for road widenings in Tirupati and foot paths to the roads in Tirupati

Though roads are widened before bus stand and railway station, entire foot paths are occupied by hawkers.

Planing commission has to take crucial steps towards developing the following sectors like controlling polution by going through saphlings and welcoming industrial estates around the city to avoid unemployement and serving 24 hours water supplying not to disturb the peaceful life of common man
