1. Poor youth need to be skilled for construction because realty and infrastructure is going to get a major push under Modi Govt. and this will help increase their employability 2. Computer Skills - Developing this skill is very important as it is considered a basic skill everywhere and increases employability greatly. This should be paired with ENGLISH SKILLS. 3. Crafts and Handicraft Skill- Their is a huge demand for such skilled handicraft workers.

If one can learn these skills then not only they can find work but they can establish their own small business and can provide employment to others too. 1) Child care provider 2) Translator 3) Tailoring 4) Electrician 5) Waste management 6) Tiffin services 7)Fitness trainer/ yoga teacher 8) Wedding Planner 9) Hospitality industry 10 )Basic computer skills/data operator/web designer.

In a country so vast. We lack skilled labour. We need training institutions to train farmers and others interested in the following field 1) carpentry 2) plumbing 3) electrical 4) brickwork 5) metalwork 6) cad drafting 7) computer servicing 8) personality development 9) agriculture 10) teachers. We have the people working in this field but without basic knowledge about it and they lack productivity due to lack of exposure to use latest technology. Every suburb should have a training institute..
