I have attached the top ten skills required for better employability. I was a former STEM ambassador and this is one of the most useful document for younger generation that STEM has developed. I wanted to replace point 8 and 10 with the following. 8) Exposure on current trends happening in the relevant industry. In India most of us lack exposure 10) Multilingual capability and ability to work towards collective development by sharing knowledge.

According to me, for employability whether whatever the profession one should have basic knowledge about current world and especially India. other skills include- 2) computer and Internet usage. 3) English reading and writing. 4) understanding about capital market & banking. 5) basic skills of talking freely and understanding rights. 6) maths and aptitude. 7) negotiation skills(develop able skill) 8) deep thinking and reasoning. 9) behavioral and social skills. 10) practical attitude.
