These skills shall be decided based on the industrial development plan of our country. We must make efforts to make available Skill Development Programs that are specific industry oriented and will help the industry at large. It is so very important to have skilled workforce for the rapid industrial development in India. I am attaching my recommendations for 10 most important skills and the reason therefor.

1. Opening New and Maintaining of ITI center and polytechnic for better skill development. Private parties involvement. 2. Change syllabus with 30 % theory and 70% practical training. 3. Mobile, Laptop, AC, mixture and grinder, Electric motor,UPS,household items in syllabus. Motor bike, Car and all transport, Infrastructure/ Agri machine repair.4.Development of new tools and machines in coordination with foreign parties.FDI up to 70%.5.dropouts reservation up to 50%.
