It should be skill inventory and up gradation center rather employment exchange. Before listing, acquired skill set of seeker could be tested and leveled not marked. The center should suggest, counsel and train them for up gradation of skill requirement if there is any gap as per market/Industry demand. Organisations/companies identified and registered with NSDC could be attached with these center who could provide training if job seeker wants to upgrade himself.

Greeting..Employment doing fine but its the lack of awareness among the people who don't know about it..they like to go to Placement agencies which charges them, i think Govt. should make Employment exchange so simple that any one can register there via, sms or offline forms through special camps near ITIs, Collages etc. Thanks..

First thing Unique Cyber ID should be allotted in the school itself before student leaving the school. Government should have tracking mechanism for all theses ids employment status, Bye Bye to employment exchange registration old methodology. To login and apply only Unique Cyber ID should be required online. If any fund support is required unemployed should be able to assign bank account. Waiting list sort of things should be available on online portal for unemployed based on area, year wise.

Any student who graduates is updated in the national employment registry for a reasonable one time fee and his file tracked for his progress. companies and institution in need of employees can search the database for performance of the candidate for selection. people who don't have jobs can be guided by a group from the employment exchange for effective placement, so that maximum job creation is effected. the site is kept updated by phone/email enquiry from the agency.
