रोजगार केन्द्रो का क्रम एसा तैयार किया जाय की सभी जिले में इन की शाखा लगाई जाए। इन जिलो से उप यू क्त रोजगार प्रदान किया जाय विभिन जिलो क अनुसार अलग अलग योजनाये चलीयी जा सके।

For making an effective system inter-linking is highly essential. First of all, a data center to be created which will be collecting data from different educational institution regarding how many students will be passing out, how many have all ready sequred a job in collage placement. Simultanously it will also collect recruitment details from Govt. non- govt organizations, after that screening and bridgeing to be done, exchange will connect the suitable candidate and hiring farm. This system should area based system and all areas will be shareing data with the central data system.

8. like ITR return on very year employment or unemployment update must be mandatory to every citizen, whether its is privet, government, small or big business, self employee, labor class also to be included and traced to keep updates. 9. AIM and Objective of this project must be decided and make sure it should reach every one. 10. once data generated with define time frame.we can Analyze the data generated and plan accordingly for unemployed citizen to provide work as per there skill & choice.

5. also the data base should be consolidated with breakup for place, location, expected work area and there choice 6. every head count must register with employment data base and must keep update on every year for there present job and employment. will keep update to government to track and get updates on regular interval. 7. employment data base must have record for under training, student trainee, apprenticeship, permanent section for selection, so every one can select the data and keep update

1. need to make data base of all unemployed people 2. Qualified and non qualified, educated and non educated every one must be included in the data base. 3. data base must have different section with differen f experience, qualification, skill like plumbing work, car painter work, cleaning work, gardening, painting, fabrication, lamb pasting, wall designing, lamination, laundry and press skill, every head must be counted with there location and area who have an experience in particular field.

Set up "Udhyogmithra" friend of employment kiosk at all the Employment Exchanges, panchayats, collectrate, RTC Bus Stations. Counselling and collecting hyper local data, skill gap analysis is must and than skill the youth and make them employable.

It should be reoriented as an office for empower youngsters to create awareness about starting own business , financial support available for business from government and national banks, employment notifications from government and private companies in nation, inviting innovative projects from local young people in districts and provide complete information about RTI DEPARTMENT of all government departments. The ultimate aim is to use nation source to develop the nation.

Employment exchanges should have HR managers who interact with local industries,govt. bodies,universities,trade associations and get a clear picture.they should coordinate between concerned bodies to correct the priorities like career guidance,conducting training sessions,skill development programs dynamically.recruitment drives should be conducted regularly for local companies.

The following problems regarding employment exchange need to be solved for batter performance. 1) Many unregistered people are getting jobs in fake companies. It is because there is no easy way to know about the originality of a company. 2) Registered peoples are not getting job calls in time. 3) Registering in employment exchange is like wasting time and money without result. 4) Employment Exchanges are not acting as carrier guide to the people.
