Involve IIT and NID students to create eco-toilets (cheap), partner with private companies for funds (give them tax and other benefits) and let them mange it.

My idea about maintenance of toilets in villages For the villages I have a suggestion that it we handed over to a third party cleaning agency and monitored by group of wise peoples they can charge a nominal fee and maintain the toilets. the fee can be based on monthly or weekly for family of four and rebated or free to the very poor . And the second option is make the village committee make up of good people and they can employ some cleaning persons and expenses will be born

शौचालय - समाज में स्वछता की और एक बहुत ही अच्छा कदम है शहरो में हर चौराहे पर शौचालय बनाये जाये एवं उनका रख रखाव का कार्य चौराहे के आस पास के लोगो की कमिटी बनाकर उनको दिया जाये। सब्जी मंडियों , व्यस्ततम इलाको के शौचालयों का निर्माण आस पास के नागरिको की सुविधानुसार किया जाये एवं इनके रख रखाव का जिम्मा इन्ही लोगो को दिया जाये। गावों में खुले में शौच न करने की जागरूकता फैलाई जाये। गाँवो में सभी मोहल्लो में टॉयलेट बनवाए जाये जिससे जिनके घरो में टॉयलेट नहीं है उनको ज्यादा दूर न जाना

Construction and maintanance of a proper toilet with low construction cost. Make a pit of 5/4 sq.ft. and 7 ft. deep its side wall should be made by bricks with square hole in wall around 2 ft. like a net ( this type of construction will working like auto sockpit) this type of pit will run approx 20 year if 5 persons will use daily because of auto sockpit Take a cement lid to cover this pit but lid should be a hole in center for putting toilet pan. After that make a room of 5/4 sq.ft above this covered pit. Its total cost will be approx Rs. 20000=00 its manufacturing cost will more or less as per size of construction for proper maintanance we can use acid H2SO4 +water solution monthly and daily should be use only water and detergent .

सभी व्यस्त चौराहों, बस स्टेंड ( के बाहर ), रेल्वे स्टेशन ( के बाहर ), पार्कों और पार्किंग स्थलों के निकट कम से कम 2-3 सार्वजनिक शौचालय हों । प्रत्येक पेट्रोल पम्प का मालिक 2 शौचालय बनाए और ठीक रखे अन्यथा उसका लाइसेन्स रद्द किया जाए ।

CONSTRUCT TOILET EVERY WORK PLACE IN VILLAGE AS WELL AS IN URBAN AREAS N THEN GAVE EVERY TOILET COMPLETE FACILITY LIKE FOR CLEAN GAVE WATER SUPPLY PROPERLY. THEN DAILY CLEAN PROCESS IS VERY IMPORTANT. THEN INSTRUCT THE VILLAGE PEOPLE NO ONE GO TOILET OUTSIDE BECAUSE MANY VILLAGE ILLITERATE PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW ANY RULE AND REGULATION SO SIR FIRST INSTRUCT THAT ANY PERSON GO OUTSIDE HE GAVE A PENALTY. THEN ADD SOME EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO SUPERVISING THIS ALL TOILET CLEAN PROCESS IN EVERY DISTRICT.

1.the government should construct multiple toilets in each and every villages. 2. For maintenance the govt should engage the willing person from the same village and pay that person for the service. in this way the maintenance as well as emplyment of some people can be achieved. 3.the maintenance can be put under the panchayat. 4. as for the cities the government can construct pay and use toilets at bus stop, outside railway stations , parks and othe public places. in cities people can pay.
