The Ministry of Labour & Employment administers 44 Labour Laws, enforced by Central and State Enforcement Agencies. In order to make labour law compliance easy , the Ministry is developing a single unified Web Portal for Online Registration of units, Reporting of inspections, submissions of annual returns and redressal of grievances.

This portal will facilitate reporting, at one place, of various Labour Laws, consolidated information of Labour Inspection and its enforcement,  enhance convenience of reporting, bring in transparency in Labour Inspection and monitoring of Labour Inspections based on key performance indices. The portal will also provide online Grievance Redressal System thereby enhancing transparency and accountability in labour inspections.

The Ministry calls upon citizens to submit an innovative name for this portal. The last date to submit the entries is 9th September 2014. The Ministry will set up a Committee to select the best name out of the submissions and reward the awardee.

https://www.reell.bharat or https://www.reell.gov.in Develop Web Portal where data of a Person is Fetched from Aadhar Card , so data duplication does not take place once again. The Portal would be applicable to Employed and not employed persons. This would give Government and Its Policy maker a Statistical Data of Employees currently working and no of job opportunities needed for un –employed. How many People will systematically retire along with new additional jobs to be created in future.
