This task requires you to invest time with the local community in explaining how they can access digital technology and services for their benefit. E.g., banking services, government services, training programs, use of social media, etc.

Digital disparity is a stark reality in our country. We have to educate our fellow citizens on how to access and use digital technologies and services for their personal benefit and for the greater good of society. This task will require you to impart digital knowledge and to understand what it takes to make digital services usable and useful to the common man.

We can put-up e-learning rooms in each rural schools,village panchayathi offices.where we can have online/recorded video sessions by professionals,on different technologies,we can have telephonic conference to clear up their doubts.If we use Internet/Television/Telephones in these rooms,we can provide digital training easily with less effort.This one asks for one time investment only.The facilities can be used for all kind of programs to teach people of all sectors.farmers,house wifes,students.

This is not a commitment but I have done the same already!! I work for a telecom company and in one of my project i already have trained people from rural area who are associated with us. This is not to only keep them amongst themselve but to spread accross!! I have a full presentration also for a basic start up!! would be happy to share if you are interested :-)

गुड आईडिया मैं काफी समय से इस पर काम कर रहा हूँ मेरे लिए सबसे अच्छा साधन है एंड्राइड मोबाइल ।लोग मोबाइल खरीद लेते है और उसके फंक्शन नहीं जानते है मेरा काम उन्हें हेल्प करना और सोशल मीडिया में इन्वोल्व करना है साथ ही इन्टरनेट ,गूगल सर्च ,नेट बैंकिंग ,रिजर्वेशन ,और महत्वपूर्ण सॉफ्टवेर को उस मोबाइल में असेम्बल करना और चलाने का तरीका बताना है ये करके मुझे खुशी मिलती है ।लोग इससे बहुत जल्दी सीख रहे है और भविष्य में ये प्रगति का साधन बनेगा। मैं ये लगातार करता रहूँगा। give my best to society

First we have educate the old outdated parents who never used the computer laptops and Social networking devices as good ones, they always blam for bad, but they never know the real benifit of that

I am proficient in IT with an instructional experience of training officers and men of Indian Army in IT including cyber security, network administration. However, the real issue here is to provide basic computer literacy to young and partially educated youth who have limited exposure in IT intensive environment such as banking sectors.This is akin to making them learn to sign.So requirement is to make vast population learn switching and logging on to machines and send or receive mails.

I am a lawyer who had done computer courses in 1985-86. I do encourage people to utilise the web. But I always tell them to read the terms and conditions before agreeing, especially whatsapp, facebook etc. I tell them about the hazards of social media also. I tell them to demand for an indian alternative to google, facebook, whatsapp etc, by way of Indian Government application. I also discourage them from enrolling for Aadhar as it is not safe to give data to companies with foreign limbs.

Muze jitni samaz hai vo de sakta hu baki jyada knowlege nahi hai is bat ka par research & error method se jaise mai sikh raha hu, ek naye bharat k sath jud raha itna jaruratvalo ko share kar sakta hu. Mai jis vistar se hu vo pichhda ilaka hai. Sabse jaruratmand par digital india se pare hai. Agar muze training di jaye jo gavvalo ko usefull ho. Panchayat ko bol k aap logo ka group bana de. To kam se kam mere gav ko to jarur jod paunga. Aap school-pamchayat jaisi jagah pasand kar sakte hai sikhne.
