Cleanliness based incentives to employees working in the specific station.
1) Voting box to be set up for Cleanliness in all Railway Stations, Which is to be operated by Citizens using the station using their finger print and ticket detail like PNR for voting.
2) Data collected across all railway station used for selecting top 10 clean railway station per Quarter for distribution of incentive of 5 crore or some fixed amount to be distributed among the employees of railways in particular station.

Digitally controlled gate can be installed which acts before any train comes. 3 km before the unmanned level crossing, certain train sensing mechanisms can be installed to trigger that digitally controlled gate packed with an alarm. The train sensing mechanism can be a vibration sensor/weight sensor in combination with a motion detector and even the locomotive can send digitally coded RF signals/digital signals through the rail which will be decoded/received at the level crossing.

India is a developing economy and yet had immense scope to improve its each and every sector that adds to GDP of the country. what the authority can all do is to have a brief study of all crossings and build bridges where mishaps occurs most of the time.Again a good task is to bring awareness among the people living nearby. Having certain sign and diversion may be a good alternative to solve this problem.
Thank you.

Respected PM i suggest surround railway tracks with pointed thick cables which can probably cannot broken by people living there .I think it will be costly & will be time taking but it will save lives of lakhs of people as well as cows and other animals . But i think we can do this by working it together

no railway crossing. rail apne patri pe jayegi and insaan underground. agar crossing ke jagaho ko undergorund karwa diya jaye than time save and accident v nahi hoga. its my opinion.

Make automatic operation of railway crossing. When train arrive on stipulated distance from crossing, crossing barrier rode should move down automatically and after train passed it should move up automatically. Less expense and effectiv method to control crossing on unmanned railway crossing

Ensure that proper signage and speed breakers to attract the attention of drivers are put in place. Most of the places are deprived of these proper visual signages. Getting it manned will cost a lot
