I did a survey on my level in my working circumferences and found that 90% gov. servants are accepting money as bribe some are making loss to Indian Gov. in another way, for example, many trackmen are kept as private servant at residences of higher officer of Solapur Division of Central Railway. IT IS A PLAY WITH SAFETY OF RAILWAY. If a officers have 5 trackmen as private servants, he does 1 to 1.5 lakh loss to Indian Railway. Is it not a type of corruption? only accepting bribe is corruption?

If Indian railway is having difficulty in deciding whether to accept Tata's Group demand of having at least the platforms, it can experiment by giving a few platforms to Tata and see the results in a considerable time period and then decide.

1 No. of free passes to railway employees should be reduced or they should have reservation as normal passenger. In peak season passengers are not getting reservation only employees are traveling on free pass and reservation by VIP quota. Atleast VIP reservation should be curtailed in peak season.
2 Near the rail station huge bunglaws should be used for monetization and rail employees should get multistoried apartment.
3 Embankment on both sides may be used for Herbal/ biodiesel farming.
