Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment ...

Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

First of all presently the railways is struggling to have cleanliness specially railway tracks. Instead we can have bio- toilets and the waste can be disposed off at designated stations only having facility to dispose off the waste. this will make railway tracks and trains clean. and can save lots of money wasted to keep many stations clean.

Sir, Narendramodiji, Tackling corruption is one of the important issues in our motherland and for this the help of whistleblowers is very crucial. The last government of UPA had already passed the Whistleblowers Act, but till date the the Act is notified by the Government of India. May I know the reasons for such delay.

Sir, I have a very simple and useful suggestion. Please make some law for controlling population as this will help to implement the policies with less efforts. The law can be made in this manner that no woman will give birth to more than 2 children w.e.f 2016.

For Unmanned Crossing. I have a simple suggestion of putting Automated traffic light at signal. This will be a very cost effective and efficient way to warn the people regarding the arrival of the train. I feel this will reduce rail accident drastically. a timer for the yellow light would also be incorporated. We just need to ensure it works perfectly and people do not have to wait for more than a minute before the train arrives.

Respected PM Modi sir i want to know one think why service tax on PLI... There have no any saving source for NPS govt. servant like GPF. why service tax again on this scheme ...... It is the only one saving of middle class family for their children, doughter marriage and education .

आपसे निवेदन है की किर्पा कर रोहतक साइड की रेल वयवस्था पर कोई कदम उठाये ताकि हम समय पर ऑफिस पहुंच सकै। वरना आपके होते हुए भी घर से ६ बजे निकलते है और रेल वयवस्था सही न होने के कारण दस बजे ऑफिस पहुंच पते है । ४५ मिनट का सफर कितना लम्बा हो जाता है केवल रेल की समय वयवस्था ठीक न होने के कारण । किर्पया कर रोहतक रुट की रेलवे वयवस्था ठीक हो सकै इस पर ध्यान दे वरना आम आदमी कैसे टाइम पर अपने काम पर पहुंच पाएंगे ।

नमस्ते मोदी सर आपसे एक गुजारिश है की आप किर्प्या करके रेलवे टाइम का एक बार जायजा लीजिये ताकि आपको पता लग सकै की क्या सभी रेल टाइम से अपने स्थान पर पहुंच रही है और एक बात जो मेरे मान की बात है की शिकायत करने के बाद भी क्यों उस पर ध्यान नही दिया जाता । मैं एक सरकारी कर्मचारी हुँ और बहुत से सरकारी कर्मचारी दूर से आते है वो भी रेल ही एक मात्र सहारा है पर अगर रेल ही अपने समय पर ना आये toa सब कैसे ऑफिस टाइम से पहुंचे। आपसे निवेदन है की किर्पा कर रोहतक साइड की रेल वयवस्था पर कोई कदम उठाये ताकि हम

We would need to introduce Remedy Incident management system for all the departments. When the public creates a ticket/issue/problem corresponding employee should respond within stipulated time. Else they will get suspended and if their performance is good they would automatically get promoted.
