Sir i m a helicopter pilot in the army presently in delhi for republic day have done numerous cas evac mission in difficult terrain but its disheartening to see an ambulance stuck in a traffic jam. Why can't we utilise metro as a cas evac mean by planning metro station in or very close to hospitals emergency. A cas in the metro can be declared at the station and the train be diverted to hospital enroute.

i have some suggestions which can augment this clean india initiative......
- remove all stray animals from the streets who are fed by eatables and also excrete all around
- challan all who throw away wastes from their cars/buses
- challan people found spitting gutkas and chewing gums all around
- both above can be done by installing hidden cameras at various places
- remove unauthorised Kiosks, dhabas and encroachments from all places
- authorised kiosks to ensure cleanliness around their areas by placing dustbins, else licences to be cancelled on third notice of violation
- all Petrol Pumps should have mandatory Urinals; ATMs & Dustbins
- all Traffic Lights should have mandatory Dustbins on both side pavements
- all Market places should have an answerable mail ID to report dirtiness of in their respective areas and delayed response should have escalation matrix to penalise the body
- beggars should be arrested by the police and sent to rehabilitation centres

Sir i want to share one incident happened with my brother. He is working in IT sector in delhi he came to jhansi to meet us in his holiday. We all relaxed that bro already took reservation but al last day we try to know the running status of train then it shows that train is cancelled. He got tensed because next day he have to join the office urgently.
Sir i share this because sir atleast indian railway should provide prior info through sms and also provide reserve seat on other train.
