Section 161 of Railway act indicates “If any person driving or leading a vehicle is negligent in crossing an unmanned level crossing, he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year.”

Section 131 of the Motor Vehicle Act indicates that “Every driver of a motor vehicle at the approach of any unguarded railway level crossing shall cause the vehicle to stop and the driver of the vehicle shall cause the conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person in the vehicle to walk up to the level crossing and ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side and then pilot the motor vehicle across such level crossing, and where no conductor or cleaner or attendant or any other person is available in the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall get down from the vehicle himself to ensure that no train or trolley is approaching from either side before the railway track is crossed”

However due to non-following of relevant rules by the road users, many accidents are occurring resulting in loss of precious life  at unmanned level crossings.

Suggest solutions for reducing accidents at unmanned level crossings.

Creating central repository for all kind of loans, banks which belongs to RBI has to update the loan details of their customer in the central repository. How it benefits: 1. When farmer visits to bank for the, banks has access to central repository and they get complete information about the land and its loan history. 2. Syncing of loans in place results in transparency and black money can be caught easily.

Railways : I suggest the way Flight Attendants do a small Drill explaining about Passenger Safety, we should also explain Railway Passengers on having Cleanliness and What they should do & how to have Clean Aisle. Every Passenger thinks as if he is the King and Attendant has to clean the Debris and shit what he has spread across. Railways should have Intercom/ Mike System inside the Coach and explain how to keep they Coach Clean/ Swach...

I suggest there should be telescopic type of penalty for the cancellation of reserved railway tickets like 5% for 51-60 days, 10% for 41-50 days, 15% for 31-40 days, 20% for 21-30 days, 25% for 11-20 days and 30% for 1-10 days. Now people wait upto last moment to cancel the ticket even if they are clear about there travel date as penalty is same for 2-60 days.

Either start manned level crossing or to begin with, destroy /build such obstacle in between so to make it impossible to cross those where accidents have been taking place frequently.

India must explore a CDS 1974 like scheme, suitably amended, for raising Rs.10 lacs Crores annually for next 5 Years @ 4%. This will finance our country's top Infrastructure projects, including 'Dedicated Rail Fright Route'. Proposed route must be 5-10 km away from cities / villages and preferably through lands belonging to state / Central/Local Govt, for ensuring easy land acquisition and less rehabilitation. Land stake holders be made partners in revenue sharing basis. my POP is ready.

On US direction Pakistan has banned JUD, Hqqani group and one more organisation. The question is how would US ensure that these groups donot operate from Pak under different name and format, considering the fact that Pak army regards and uses these terrorists as their strategic reserves, against India.
