2 solutions . Provide sensors 500 meters on either side to activate sound alarm at gate.Problem. How to distinguish coming and leaving rake? 2: Provide large mirrors reflecting rail line. Approaching train can be seen. or use radar to track and give sound alarm. Or use solar powered gate opening getting signals as described above. Or provide gates that car driver get out and operate which will close automatically in say 30 sec.

Armed with the new Land Acquisition Ordinance let Indian Railways acquire 300-ft of land on either side of existing rail tracks running interstate. Such newly acquired land be used for "Make In India." Lease such land to entrepreneurs to make Railway Fixtures, anything GOI or Indian Defense forces need in every State bringing labor to work there from crowded metros every day. Pay market compensation to farmers who give land for "Make in India". This is Win Win for IR & Make in India for India!

when these kind of topics are discussed in debates and group discussions , people generally say "This is INDIA " .
this is not governments responsibility -that people are getting killed , people should also be aware and precautious of these things.

Sir i would say that this is very unfortunate in our country that there are only rules written in the books somewhere but some of them or i would say most out of them are not followed ever and behind this there is only one reason which is that a normal people never knows that what are the rules only the person who made the rule knows them. There should be a system who can remeber the people that this is wrong and if u will even do this that will effect ur comfort. And technology has made thisposs
