The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Resp Sir, Their are certain Departments which are just to complicate the simple procedure which can be followed for a work. These departments should either be shut down if not necessary or be Merged with productive department with removing the excess and idle staff . This will reduce the administration cost burden on the govt. This will also help in 100% utilization of the Balance Manpower available which is now working at 25% of its efficiency.

Resp Sir, I Would like to Request you to make all the government servants responsible and accountable for their work done, Their should be some measures formed for their performance Appraisal as done in Corporate Sector. No one should have the feeling that he is permanent in government job as this effects their approach and attitude towards their work . Many of the govt officers are only for the sake of salary in the Government Department without any output to the Government.

Dear PM, we are focusing on return of black money transfered to overseas. This will take a lot of time, effort and money from us. Still we are not certain whether we will get it as we do not have complete control on it. So, please take care of stopping black money generation and illegal trade practices those are rampant at present in India as was reported by some news channels like illegal practice in real estates, adulteration of food items, pollution of water resources, human trafficking etc.
