Regarding Agriculture;
Agriculture can be carried out in all Govt vacant land. Land owner is Government. Govt recruit people for doing agriculture. Govt should take all measures for cultivation. Recruited people will work for Govt. salary. Output should go to Government. No private contract. No lease. No subsidy.

Sir, The road from Panvel to Alibag and further coastal areas need improvement. there are small ports along this belt which can be developed for Indian navy small vessel and small maritime traffic. This area has potential for improving business routes. Beaches need to be developed for tourism and weekend getaways. Container sheds are present but in small numbers. Training centres for Maritime and Coastguard personnel can be established. Proximity to Mumbai increases the value of the area.

As for mining sector respective private or PSU should be entrusted the responsibility. Govt should set the guidelines only. Govt should also encourage big business houses into agriculture sector and set win win models. Agro product can be exported. This is also conform to green India concept. If govt can develop the agri sector only this will create lacs of job, reduce poverty,reduce migration to cities etc. This alone will fulfill many govt schemes.

Development in mining sector needs personal having basic knowledge with sub-oriented training.
Training should be given in the relevant field for the better output.
Even though a qualified personal is available in mining sector; industry oriented job personal should have stuff to work under any environment. For this knowledgeable trained personal is good.

Sir, People in Rurals/slums reside in places which are also dwellings of stray animals like dogs, pigs and cattle. This increases the chance of diseases spreading. The pigs are straying in the residential premises and are free to walk around when small children are playing. The small gutters nearby are full of garbage/ filth and mostly stagnant are breeding ground for the mosquitoes and germs.When gutters are cleaned, the waste is dumped along the gutter. Stray animals have to be moved away. Rgd

Many congratulations for taking actions to improve image and productivity of Govt ministries . Good governance should include punctuality,transparency and highest integrity . I request the Govt to 1. Put a cap in the budget for Employee cost . Preferably , it should not exceed say 30 % of Revenue budget . 2. Please make user based charges for those living under poverty . 3. Have non govt professionals from public to head Grievance Dept . 4. Punish guilty officers in a time bound manner .

India traditionally managed its manpower resources through directly making poor/ middle section of society to start without any practice tec. Thats how the definition of Skilled and Unskilled labour divided our society. In order to bridge that gap and also to make the initiative of "Make in India" a success we should surely first educate the skills then training, apprenticeships should be given. So that they can get them prepared not only jobs but also for self development/ self sufficient.
