Skills in mining or any industrial sector are best developed by training/ apprenticeship/field work. Environment management & safety measures remain missing and life is treated very cheap in any developing sector. This should also be taught in field for mining sector.

energy to be conserved in various ways, as many would have discussed on that. I have already mentioned about my idea of installing solar panels on top of rail coaches to extract power and utilise where ever possible. Also auto offf and on system to be installed at all the govt offices as per their office timings.

It may be synergy of both. Corporate Social Responsibility in mining sector may be tapped to bring skill set improvement to the existing work force and orientation for further skill improvement with an eye on the future use of technology based skills. There may be a standard skill set protocol developed by field experts in mining to be promoted by the Ministry.

Though I am a Government official, I have been promoting Minimising the Government by using Technology in a big way, but only after eliminating lots of departments, Rules, Processes etc. My latest paper is about use of Aadhaar based authentication (eKYC) to dramatically alter the ways G2C services are delivered. Read my paper on http://www.egovernance.guru/wp-content/uploads/publications/papers/escaping-the-dementors-paper-by-rajesh-aggarwal.pdf

Sir,
Before proceeding to Chicago, Swami Vivekanand visited and stayed at NTMS schoo, Mysorel which had just 18 students and previous BJP government transferred property to RK Mission to develop centre for Swamijis teaching and property stands transferred to RK Mission. Congress Government on some pretext not handed over to them and case is pending at High Court and purposely delaying is trying for compromise ( cancellation of transferring) Pl raise issue when they come for aid from Centre

Labors in mining sector are largely unorganized, majorly due to lack of knowledge. Although practical knowledge is a must for sectors where health hazard risk is prominent and where physical input is more. But even a basic education will endeavor and improve the technical application and would thus increase the efficiency. In such cases a program should be developed with a mix of theoretical knowledge, technical knowledge and practical knowledge.

Sir, I am a member of a NGO in the name of NESYPM situated a House No.4, Ashram Road, Near water tanks, P.O. Ulubari, Guwahati-07, Assam. This NGO has been doing incredible job in the field of Drug addicts rehabilitation through its rehabilitation center namely ' Mashwara'. This institution is running on State Government finance and donations which is not adequate. If this project of the said NGO gets proper and adequate funding it will be very useful for the people of Assam and North-East.
