A Job Training & apprenticeship should be given to every worker in the mining sector relevant to their type of mining. As I stayed few years near to coal mines We faced many problems. Like Open Casts which are exploded for coal are not closed properly & harmful mineral wastes which are digged out are not burried. & "Plantation" which is not at all done after closing the open castes.if we use the natural resources for our use, it is our responsibility to rebuild it for next generation.

Class room levels but those levels should be so high so that if they are on practical measures they cause no or least impact on environment.

as practical knowledge is not upto the mark so certificates dosent hold much in these departments various universities colleges need that proper labs and quality faculties ( which we are lacking) . need to strengthen from basic level from primary education . can be done by making teaching services so that quality of faculties can be lifted

Indian education system is more of bookish knowledge rather than practical knowledge. Only some of the top institutes are providing quality education. Need some more focus in this sector for the betterment of our country.

sub oriented programs. Diploma or engineering are doing no good to anyone.. to the individual nor the country. Todays Engineers are clueless of their aim or skills.. they r ready to move anywhere they are carried.
