sir, there is much need to review present education policy, specially from Ist to VIIIth, why I am putting before you that many students and their parents/ guardians become ignorant about progress of their wards because of 100% promotion, whether the student has passed minimum level of learning or not. The side effect of this is that these students are deviating from their path and knowingly or unknowingly involved themselves in drug addiction, bullying, sexual assault and anti social activiti

Skill in mining sector should also be provided for those who is illiterate. Means first provide some basic idea with educate them with the help of training (should be video or picture training) with the help of high tech technology.
India have the large number of the engineers but we are not able to utilized them properly because in out county they only know the bookies principal should utilized them in proper manner.

skills in minor sector are better developed in training environment or in apprenticeship. psychologically if we see then yes appreciation does induces one to work more better. if such applauds are given to them in training then surely it would encourage them to work more. along with skill of mining moral behaviour should also be taught .. workers in mine should be respected which will make them more enthusiastic they will work with honesty .
