The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.
 
Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

In India we had a best training system of gurukuls. we should follow that system where theoretical and practical training provided on every topic.

Simplifying Matrimonial Laws and family laws will go a long way in reducing the pendency of cases. More than 1/3 of the bail petitions are 498A bails. Millions of talented youth are loosing their career due to never ending matrimonial proceedings thanks to judicial lethargy and hyper activism of advocates in these proceedings.

Dear PM, An ombudsman board for redressal of public complaints against advocates instead of BAR Council will go a long way. There is a reason why fighting a BAR council election is as costly an affair as that of fighting a MLA or MP election. Implementing a slab and experience based professional fee structure for advocates where their fee is deposited in a Bank A/C only will bring down litigation cost many fold. More and More Digital Courts allowing Video Conferencing and remote pleadings.

Why do Indian courts work only for around 200 days especially when there is such a heavy pendency of cases and when all other Govt Departments work around the year. Even in Delhi you will rarely find Judicial Officer staying in office for the entire business hour and still they crib about excessive workload from top to bottom. Nexus between Bar and Judiciary need to be broken, they hide behind each other to run away from work. Advocates fee should be paid in his bank A/C as per seniority slabs.

If we improve of Judicial system lot of vices in our society will correct automatically. Accountability and consistency in Judiciary is non existent. Judicial Lethargy is impacting masses of the country and wrongdoers are relishing that. Need to have a system to track actual disposal not the project bloated figures by judiciary, tendency of countless pass overs need to be curbed. Real disposal rate of Judiciary is much lower. Around 50% cases are either dismiss on default or compromise.

Dear PM , There are many of the weaker sections economically who had availed education loans for engg, medicine and other...however many found difficulty in repaying as heavy interests were charged and also economic slow down led to delayed jobs during UPA government regime.in fiscal year 2014 a Interest waive off Scheme was announced for loans taken before 2009..request you to please initiate it as it brings back hope for families ..high interest rates have curbed wish for pursuing education,
