2. Chief Ministers will be guiding Ministers of state Municipal chairman Corporaters ward members Common MAN.
3. All the government offices will have heads, A political committee should be constituted to guide the Office heads (IAS) other office members based on grade.
4. State and central ministers should take special care about the major public places like ‘Railway station’, “Bus Stand’, ‘Hospital’, ‘Government Offices’.

Dear Sir, Whatever the process the process which you are using for the SWACHH BHARAT is good. I have recently visited my village, as per my analysis it may take so much time to reach to the common man. Instead we can have a new CHAIN PROCESS WHICH WE CAN START BOTH POLITICAL LEADERS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
1. Prime Minister will be guiding to the Central Ministers and Chief Ministers of state. Central Ministers will be guiding MPsMLAs ZPTCs MPTCs Surpanch Ward members Common MAN.

Respected Sir,
There should be combination of class room studies and training on site . For class rooms studies a certificate course say 10-15 classes so that basic knowledge can be provided and there should be some training program on site say 1-2 months so that they can use both knowledge

Mobile workshops/machines may be used for imparting skill to people of remote areas. General public doing their jobs at farms, shops etc can devote an hour or two daily for a week or so and receive training.

The growth in mining sector is critical for the country's growth. But the way the job is done is done in India is not fair to the workers involved. Class room trainings are essential to understand the theory and the science behind the operations with exquisite details on hazards involved, safety measures and precautions to be taken. On site, a practical approach to clear whatever is taught in the class will help in overall understanding. This will lead overall addressing of all concerned issues.
