There is need of betterment of skills among the CBEC officers who are posted in filed formations and passes the adjudication orders.Offficers should be promoted only by way of departmental competition. Apart from class-I,CBEC,now promoting the class_IV class-III and others to the post of Inspectors and Superintendents who even cannot write few lines on the departmental subject but they are performing duties of the Revenue Oficers and interpreting the Laws which are only in English.

To develop skill among Indians, it has to be bred when a child starts going to school. The infrastructure in govt. school should be made better like any other private schools. People should rush into govt. schools instead of private schools. Teachers in govt. school should not only be certified but also qualified. Class rooms, Laboratories, toilets should be built in a better way with the help of good engineers and not fake engineers who build some junk buildings for only money.

Pradhanmantri ji, for clean India. polythene bags need to be discontinue. I have one recommendation which is to impose some fine who ever is seen with polythene bags irrespective weather that person is a user manufacture or a trader. i know this is a difficult yardstick but will ensure people to consider other means to carry stuff. also request you to ban use of polythene in various products. Thanks

In the mining sector skill can be develop by well equipped class room setting at the site of mine. Degree holder along with highly skilled labor must have to engaged in the process of developing skill. In our country traditional method is used. For ex. a carpenter/a tailor/a barber train his family member at his workplace since early age. BY doing this youth are also participate in production process and getting skill simultaneously and earn more for his family. Traditional concept is useful
