As India is still developing country. the foreign investors who want make there investment the choose some states which has the all sources need for their product . so I want to say that before entering the state they need to take the permission as this is their need they had to be conformed their permission by the state government. The respective state government should make an condition that they had to make their energy consumption a quarter from the natural sources like the solar power.
