The Prime Minister shared a visionary approach to transform the development journey of our villages in the form of the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The initiative calls upon MPs to select a village in their constituency and make it a Model Village by 2016. Furthermore, the number of model villages should increase as time progresses so that in a decade a large number of villages become Model Villages across India.

The rationale behind a landmark idea such as this is clear- India lives in the villages and India will only progress when our villages progress. Development of villages can happen best when everybody walks shoulder to shoulder and contributes towards the comprehensive development of the village. And who better than the local Members of Parliament to drive this change!

This specially created forum on MyGov invites out of the box ideas on how the Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana can become the driving force in bringing a qualitative difference in our villages. Lets make the development of our villages a grand mass movement and together create a golden future for rural India.

देश के विकास में शिक्षकों का योगदान सर्वोपरि है ।बचपन में जैसी शिक्षा दी जाती है ऊसका सवसे ज्यादा महत्व होता है ।विद्यार्थी अच्छे हों ऊसके लिये अच्छे शिक्षक भी होने चाहिए ।जैसे अच्छे नींव पड़ते हैं तो मकान मजवूत होती है ।ऊसी तरह शिक्षा में जरूरी है की आधार अच्छा हो ।सरकारी स्कूलों मे आज सिर्फ़ गरीबों के बच्चे पढ़ते हैं क्योंकि स्कूल के साथ साथ शिक्षकों के स्तर व स्कूल की व्यवस्थाएॅ भी निम्न स्तर की होती है ।अतः सरकारी स्कूलों के स्तर बढ़ाने व संवारने की जरूरत है ।स्कूल की विल्डींग भी नही होती है

there should gram authority elect by gram first,this authority respond to I.A.S.authority has own bank A/C all development works payment should direct deposit in contractors A/C,there should bio gas plant,solar plant,wind plant in every gram, produce energy and sell to authority money generate again use for there development,there should mini milk plants in every gram so they earn money by diary as well as cultivation.cold storage and packing plants in grams they sell vegetables in stores .

What should be there in a adarsh graam I think 1 proper road connecting it to the main road of near city. 2. a primary hospital with a doctor sitting at least 3 alternative days of week.. 3. A library containg news papers magazine and book related with agricultur and levistocks. Few basic health sports magazine. Encyclopedia. 3. Primary to highschool education. 4.Cyber computer network. 5.medea centre and grievances direct connected with member of parliament. 6 irigation facility 7Electricity

भारत एक आशा व ऊम्मीदें का देश है ।भारतीय जनता इस सरकार से बहुत ऊम्मीदें लगाया हुआ है ।अतः सरकार को ऐसे काम पहले करनी चाहिए जिसके असर से जनता जल्द प्रभावित यानी लाभान्वित हो ।जनता मंहगाई से व बिजली पानी के कटौती से ज्यादा परेशानी मे है ।अतः इन चीजों पर पहले लगाम व व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए ।सरकार कर रही है फिरभी जनता को स्पष्ट रूप से लाभ नही दिखाई दे रहा है ।जनता हमेशा वर्तमान को देखकर आंकलन करती है न की भविष्य में होनेवाले लाभ को ।सरकारी नौकरी की सख्त जरूरत है ।देश में शिक्षकों की बहुत कमी है ।

In addition to asking MPs and MLAs, SME, MSME and LE should be included Adarsh Gram Yojna. They can do it as part of their social responsibilities. First thing, they are used to working with plans and deadlines which is very important for the success of this program. Another important thing is, why would villages want to change? After all they have been living in same condition for long and few among them might resist the change. We should be able to present a detailed plan of inclusive growth.

किसी भी गाॅव के विकास का सड़क सबसे पहली जरूरत है।दूसरी जरूरी बिजली व स्वक्ष पानी की जरूरत पड़ती है ।गाॅव के विद्यार्थी को पढ़ाई के लिये अच्छे स्कूल , अच्छे शिक्षक व जरूरी पढ़ाई के साधन की जरूरत पड़ती है जो नही के बरावर होता है ।माॅ -इतने गरीव होते हैं की ऊनके बच्चों के पढ़ाई पर होने वाले खर्च की व्यवस्था नही कर सकते हैं जिससे बच्चे पढ भी नही पाते हैं ।किसी तरह गाॅव में 6/7 वीं पास भी कर ले तो आगे की पढ़ाई ऊनके लिये असंभव हो जाता है; ऊच्च विद्यालय दूसरी जगहों पर होता है जहाँ तक वह नही जा सकता है

My suggestion is ,This Adarsh Gram Yojana must free from politics . Like corporation do some department and give the full authority to take own decision .This team must contain only the few pg students and scholars .This team must not under any central and state gov .They must come under university .If u done like this they take this task as project and do this efficiently . .Then 100 % it will get success .I am sure about this . Thank you.
