70 % population of India living in villages. It means 70 % are not getting the good education. In present Govt school's education system we all know very well. So India's 70 % development still pending. To make India a developed country we hv to do efforts to develop these 70 % peoples. I hv a idea that can make govt schools India's best & popular schools with existing teachers & schools buildings. By this Idea parents will prefer to admit children in govt schools. The Gram Yojana should be free from political issues and the development shall be monitored by PMO. Prime Minister shall make a visit to the selected villages to inspect the scheme. First thing In the scheme is to make a Primary building with ultra modern facility in the class room with audio visual teaching aids in local language as well as in English. The school shall have proper bathrooms with play ground with an extra room for election purpose under Election commission purview.

Every deal buy or sell, on MCX or similar exchanges MUST be fulfilled by compulsory delivery. This will curb profit booking, betting & fake inflation. Farmers wont suicide due to low prices they get. Invest for self sustainable power like solar, wind, biogas, geothermal etc., waste management, sanitation, health, communication & education.

I am of opinion that the Government should make it mandatory in every village of India to allocate 1/4 or 1/2 acre land depending on the size of the village and population to dig huge pits to collect rain water to be used in summer at least for the animals for drinking. Initially the Government can help with Big machines to start and later followed by the villagers participation to complete it.Around this tank or lake trees can be grown and a park can be made with benches, children's play area.
