Belagavi is the oldest city in Karnataka with a rich history and culture. It is the 4th largest city in the state and the fastest growing urban center. Belagavi is also a business hub and education center of Karnataka. The city has been shortlisted by Ministry of Urban Development for development as one of the 100 smart cities in India.

Belagavi City Corporation is preparing the Smart City Proposal with an intent to plan and provide smart solutions to urban infrastructure issues of the city and welcomes the citizens of Belagavi to post their views, opinions, thoughts and plans on smart solutions for their infrastructure needs related to water supply, sanitation, solid waste management, storm water drainage, housing, amenities related to recreational activities, sports facilities, energy efficiency, non-motorized transport, safety, electrification, open space development and management, healthcare, education, public transport, key infrastructure such as pedestrian walkways, cycle paths, roads, underpasses, over-bridges, services such as e-governance tools etc. Inputs from citizens is crucial for framing a vision for tomorrow’s Belagavi and to get shortlisted as one among the top 20 cities in the first year, in the Smart City Challenge.

Come, let’s together make Belagavi a thriving and vibrant smart city.

KLECET CS, Belgaum 1)We are expecting IT park in belgaum. 2)Provide internet connection at reasonable price because this is the basic need of students now days. 3)Make use of addhar card in other fields also. 4)In belgaum most of rural areas are not getting the basic facilities such as proper road, water, electricity etc. 5)Government has providing high speed internet connection to the gram panchayata, make proper use of it & also provide it to rural people as well.

KLECET CS make ELOCKER compulsory so that government offices can access the information broaden the goa highway as soon as possible do not allow the heavy loads during high traffic

KLE CET , Belagavi, Creating an international city model and a new and better reality for our people is our purpose. 1.Improve or reconstruct city bus stand to high level 2.swach bharat abhiyan should be seriously worked, only its introduction was good now nobody cares. according to me there should be dustbin and spiting bins in public places. 3.there should be WiFi facilities in imp places 4.Provide a facility to poor villages like water supply, current facility, Roads.

KLECET CS E-LOCKER must be made compulsory so that the goverment offices can trace our information directly. Now a days people are not making the right use of bins. Due to which a lot of diseases are being spread. this leads to unhygienic environment. so goverment must have peroidic check so that we should have a hygienic environment.

KLESCET CSE 1.Ban on guthkas and cigarettes. 2.Ban on plastics. 3.E-lockers made compulsory for smart citizens. 4.Fly-overs for better traffic management. 5.Better primary education enforcement. 6.National education centers like IIT,IIM etc.\ 7.Better garbage and drainage treatment. 8.Better water supply sysytems. 9.Central bus stand development
