Higher Education in India responsible for taking us beyond obvious in the comity of nations is languishing for many decades. Universities have slid down in quality of research since the time funding for research got diverted to national institutes like CSIR and DAE. Education in India is conspicuous by the absence of quality leadership. PM Modi with the extended hand of President Obama can start earnestly changing the "smell" of Higher education in India by active participation.

Firstly I am thankful our great PM. We have broad our network uptil last rural area to complete a dream of digital India. And basic reason for our backwardness is we are to much behind in education sector. Our policy for education is very worst. Those not doing nothing are appreciated and working people never get reward for that hence real worker is always behind.

Government should reduce its employees and expenditure so that taxes can be reduced on petroleum products. Also New pension policy should be stopped as it invests savings of employees in share market which is fluctuating and can collapse at any time in place EPF/CPF scheme giving minimum returns should be adopted
