Mr, Modi, I would like to bring this to your attention that a strict law is required to take serious action against the Hospitals who are doing organ transplant, Operations, bypass surgeries,MRI, various lab test etc that are not required. Most of these patient pays money through their Mediclaim Insurance policy. My suggestion is that the IRDA should blacklist the Hospital which is found guilty by Consumer / other courts by removing hospital name from Mediclaim Policy.

(part-4) problem of farming is that it is ignored by educated people, people who have knowledge of technology don't care and think of this sector and people who are involved or responsible for developing the sector do not have much knowledge of technology capability specially automation related that can be utilized to develop the sector and simplify its activities. I am going to change it, we will technology with farming and automate farming. Mission: "smart farms smarter farming".

(Part-3) We need to control and manage quality of our agriculture products and living of farmers otherwise we will be risking our future, what impact a farm product will have on us if grower of that crop is thinking of committing suicide while taking care of the crop.. we can not control our health without controlling health of crops/milk and that can not be controlled without controlling health of farmers therefore it is most important to simplify their work using software and that is possible.

(part-2) We will change everything related to farming, will change perception that farming is low class and unskilled work. we will make farming a most respected and interesting business or carrier option as we all are dependent on this and today we have given our health, our lives in hands of illiterate people who are growing crops in unscientific means and degrading health of every one. today nobody asks which farm a potato or tomato is gown and how grown, we are blindly eating poison.

I am going to develop a farm management software, please join me, we will make a big difference in lives of every one either helping them by simplifying their work or making available good quality healthy and healing food for everyone. today, we are producing enough food for everyone but the missing thing is quality. we need to produce international quality food and that is possible only if educated people enter in the farming sector, we will change the way farming is done in India and outside.

We can use mobile phone controlled water pumps for irrigations to help farmers avoid going to fields midnight. they should be sent SMS about whether forecast, virus attacks on crops, market demand and supply forecast, we should develop farm courier service so that farmers can order seeds, fertilizers, medicines etc over phone and those things delivered at their farms, just imagine amount of effort, time and money would be saved for farmers. we can provide all kind of farm services online/mobile.

Trying to bridge digital gaps of rural India. Lack of network connectivity can be solved (can happen quickly compared to the other methods being pursued by GOI) if government can consider examining using DTH platforms (by allowing two way connectivity) for connecting villages, bank branches, e-kiosks, etc.

Government may, if it likes, can solve a lot of problems of its pensioners by announcing a project on Dematerialization of Pension Payment Orders. Please give it a thought. It will be a gem of a project.
