Like someone has to work in mud for good crop, caretaker health professionals should be given support to maximum. The app when it comes should be easy and timesaving. The time to examine and treat patients should be priority. Available health softwares today consume lot of time hence not widely used by health system. The education of such software should start in MBBS course.

Idea of a Mobile Health APP - 1. when a person from a village sends an SMS with symptoms of his/her health problems - s/he should get reply SMS with either more questions on Symptoms or a diagnosis and directions - all these from a database which the Govt Doctors will build. 2. The Geo-location will be tracked and nearby health center person will reach with medicines to the person/village having trouble. 3. By SMS - a village person can consult a DOCTOR too - of course the experienced Doc.

1-please fix the maximum compensation to be given to the patient by a doctor in event of any mishap. As even in case of death, airlines company not paying more than 20lacs. 2- uniform medical education system in entire country.3- no payment or donation seats in medical education. 4- all the medicolegal cases must be dealed by medical field +juridiciary people only. 5- compulsory 3 to 5 years of government job to all medical post graduates.6-separate medical universities in every state.

Couple of prime concerns: a) Medicines prescribed not on the basis of salt name but company name. A patient should be prescribed salt of medicine so that he may go and pick appropriately instead of going by the company name prescribed by Medical Representatives. b) De-congestion of top regional hospitals such as AIIMS, PGI and Govt Hospitals through creation of decentralized hospitals for truma vs non trauma illnesses. This will help in giving prioritized treatment.

Just get the private sector into the education field in a big way. Allow it to set up as many medical and engg colleges as they can. This is the best way to increase employment among the educated unemployed ( by giving them jobs as teachers). Also, the PM would not be committing the worst sin if he does this. This sin is : wasting the human mind. When the quantity of doctors, scientists and engrs increases, the quality will automatically improve.

nehA can create rural health centers at every panchayat HQ with 15-25 beds, 2 Nurses and 4 attendants. These centers will be work as spokes and the hub being the Block/mandal PHC which will have Doctors. With Aadhar linked medical record in place, doctors can use telemedicine to treat the patients. These centers will work as referral centers and post treatment/surgery recuperating places.
